  家是人在世界的角落，庇护白日梦，也保护做梦者。

  家的意象反映了亲密、孤独、热情的意象。

  我们在家宅之中，家宅也在我们之内。

  我们诗意地建构家宅，家宅也灵性地结构我们。

  「 Design & Appeal | 设计&诉求 」

  本案是幸福的四口之家，家里的风格是意式现代，简约而温馨的，又不失个性。

  做生意的周总和孙姐有一对儿女，帅气的哥哥，个性漂亮的妹妹。一家人对于生活的理念就是简中带精，生活要有温度和仪式感。

  对于空间的布局上，业主喜欢开放的空间，客厅需要更大的活动空间，餐厨区域需要有个大水吧台，设计师根据业主的需求，将一楼空间的墙体拆改，用开放式的设计，打造了一个通透的公共空间，二三楼作为居住空间，整体功能分明。

  哥哥也到了适婚年龄，本案三楼设计为哥哥打造婚房用，以后能三代同堂，其乐融融。

  改造点：

  1.一楼布局过于局促进门的感觉就不像联排别墅的大气，南北阳台占用面积浪费。

  2.考虑二楼居住空间需要三房，一楼改造后也不需要挑空需求。

  3.房间需求不够。

  4.卫生间空间不够。

  5.楼梯间太过狭小空间感很差。

  改动：

  1.不破坏结构墙的情况下，将一楼全部打通，包括北阳台打通。增大客餐厅公共的空间，原有通道保留，做装饰门板隐藏。

  2.一楼挑空空间现浇整改，增加二楼实用面积。

  3.二楼增加使用面积后，改变布局增加房间功能。规划出3间套房。

  4.改变布局后每间套房都有独立收纳空间和卫生间，实用方便。

  5.改变楼梯空间使一至三楼格局大不一样。摒弃原有小楼梯格局，改造后有了不一样的大宅空间感。

  01.

  The sitting room

  本案接触下来，女业主孙姐是个非常可亲的宝藏姐姐 ，生活理念想要的设计效果一点不拘谨，设计要时尚现代大气、大胆、新颖，能接受大，布局的大改动。

  所以有了我们非常大气的客餐厅效果，在不影响承重的情况下，打通一楼所有空间，让整个一楼流畅通透，并且可以使阳光和空气更好的顺畅、流通。连通厨房、餐厅、客厅等空间，重新布局分配，打造一个开放式的生活空间，充分体现个性和舒适感，整个空间更加实用和美观。

  The case comes down, the female owner Sun sister is a very amiable treasure sister, the life concept wants the design effect is not inhibited, the design should be fashionable and modern atmosphere, bold, novel, can accept big, layout of big changes. Therefore, with our very atmospheric guest restaurant effect, we can open up all the Spaces on the first floor without affecting the load bearing, so that the entire first floor is smooth and transparent, and can make the sunshine and air better smooth and circulation. Connecting the kitchen, dining room, living room and other Spaces, re-layout and distribution, to create an open living space, fully reflects the personality and comfort, the whole space is more practical and beautiful.

  灰色的地砖可以让整个空间显得明亮和干净，棕色的皮沙发则为空间增添了一份温暖和亲切感。无主灯的吊顶虽然简约，但可以起到合理分配光线、增加空间层次感的作用。大理石茶几则为整个空间增添了一份高贵和典雅的感觉，浅灰色的地毯不仅可以起到美观装饰的作用，还可以为整个空间带来柔和的触感和舒适的气氛。整个空间的色调搭配和元素选择都给人以简约、现代的感觉，同时也显得舒适和温馨。

  Grey floor tiles can make the whole space appear bright and clean, while brown leather sofas add a warm and intimate feeling to the space. Although the ceiling without the main light is simple, it can play a reasonable role in distributing light and increasing the sense of space layer. The marble coffee table adds a noble and elegant feeling to the whole space, and the light gray carpet can not only play the role of beautiful decoration, but also bring a soft touch and comfortable atmosphere to the whole space. The palette and choice of elements throughout the space give a simple, modern feel, while also appearing comfortable and warm.

  用木纹饰面板包住拆除墙体后显露的柱子，并将其纳入玄关展示柜种，把玄关和客厅分隔开，悬空的造型在视觉上让人又觉得没有分开，壁炉的加入不仅增加了一份温馨的气息，还增加空间的观赏性。通过巧妙地设计，将玄关与客厅自然地衔接到了一起，让人一进门就感受到设计的独特性，展现了主人对生活品质的追求。

  Using wood decorative panels to wrap the pillars exposed after the removal of the wall, and incorporate them into the porch display cabinet, separating the porch and the living room, the hanging shape makes people feel visually separated, the addition of the fireplace not only adds a warm atmosphere, but also increases the appreciation of the space. Through clever design, the porch and the living room are naturally connected together, so that people feel the uniqueness of the design as soon as they enter the door, showing the owner's pursuit of quality of life.

  电视背景采用了留白的手法，只在靠窗部分做了一点木饰面，增加了一丝自然的气息。悬浮的电视柜和背景选用同样的木饰面，整体上不仅实用还兼具了装饰的作用，与家具相协调，提升空间美感的同时，也提高了生活的品质与舒适度。

  The background of the TV uses the method of white space, and only a little wood finish is done near the window to add a natural atmosphere. The same wood veneer is used for the suspended TV cabinet and background, which is not only practical but also has the role of decoration on the whole, which is coordinated with the furniture, and improves the beauty of the space while improving the quality and comfort of life.

  Restaurant

  餐厅

  餐厅中间摆放了岩板圆桌，搭配上灰色的地砖营造出稳重大气的感觉，水晶吊灯则给整个空间增添了一份优雅和豪华感；厨房的玻璃移门让整个空间显得更加通透明亮，在视觉上起到了放大作用，整体搭配上呈现出一种简约又大方的感觉。

  In the middle of the restaurant, a round table of rock slabs is placed, which is matched with gray floor tiles to create a stable and atmospheric feeling. The crystal chandelier adds a sense of elegance and luxury to the whole space. The glass sliding door of the kitchen makes the whole space appear more transparent and bright, which plays a visual amplification role, and the overall collocation shows a simple and generous feeling.

  餐厅与客厅相互连通，在过渡的区域设计了大量的柜体，靠近大门的柜子做了悬空，可以当作玄关柜使用，开放格可以展示孩子的手工作品或者模型，靠近餐厅的部分加入了大怪物拉篮，能放下很多的零食。

  The dining room is connected with the living room, and a large number of cabinets are designed in the transition area. The cabinet near the door is suspended and can be used as a porch cabinet, and the open space can display children's handmade works or models. The part near the dining room is added with a large monster basket, which can put down a lot of snacks.

  餐厅区域则做了餐边柜，灰色的柜门搭配上黑色的蒸烤箱，水龙头，显得非常时尚和雅致。上柜采用了黑色的玻璃柜门，半透的玻璃展示着收藏，若隐若现透着一丝的神秘。白色操作台面通过对比，增加了空间的层次感，也提升了空间的明亮度，整体搭配看起来十分的精致时尚。

  The dining room area is made of side cabinets, grey cabinet door with black steam oven, faucet, looks very stylish and elegant. The upper cabinet uses a black glass cabinet door, and the semi-transparent glass displays the collection, with a hint of mystery. By contrast, the white operating table increases the level of the space, but also improves the brightness of the space, and the overall collocation looks very delicate and fashionable.

  厨房

  由于将原来后门的阳台扩充入室内，使得厨房可以拥有一个超级宽敞的移门，做出开放的效果，整个空间也因此变得更加宽敞明亮，棕色的下柜搭配上灰色的地砖，显得沉稳大气，白色的上柜明亮清爽，与下柜形成对比，拉高了空间的视觉高度，搭配上黑色的电器与厨具，增加了一份现代感，让厨房看起来更加的干净利落。

  Due to the expansion of the balcony of the original back door into the room, the kitchen can have a super spacious sliding door, making the effect of opening, and the whole space becomes more spacious and bright. The brown lower cabinet with gray floor tiles appears calm and atmospheric, and the white upper cabinet is bright and refreshing, which contrasts with the lower cabinet, raising the visual height of the space, and matching black electrical appliances and kitchenware. It adds a modern feel and makes the kitchen look more clean and tidy.

  tairwell

  楼梯间

  全屋最大核心点其实是楼梯间的设计，原本楼梯间是狭长陡势的 楼梯踏步一点也不符合别墅设计，改变楼梯格局走向，踏步加宽，高度适宜，格局改为大气的三转楼梯，整个三楼别墅的枢纽。

  楼梯间选择使用黑色的实木扶手，设计简约而不失优雅，星球灯的光线温暖柔和，贯通一至三楼，在高级感灰色石材楼梯的映衬下，仿佛进入了一个神秘的空间，使得整个楼梯间散发着神强烈的艺术气息，给人留下深刻的印象。

  The biggest core point of the whole house is actually our stairwell design, the original stairwell is a long and narrow steep stair step is not in line with the villa design, change the pattern of stairs, the step is widened, the height is appropriate, the pattern is changed to the atmospheric three-turn staircase, the hub of the entire third-floor villa. The stairwell chooses to use black solid wood handrails, the design is simple and elegant, the light of the star lamp is warm and soft, through the first to the third floor in the advanced gray stone staircase against the background, as if entering a mysterious space, making the whole stairwell exudes a strong artistic atmosphere of God, leaving a deep impression.

  楼梯下经常是浪费的空间，而把一个黑白分色的柜子放在这里，既可以利用空间又可以增加装饰性。摆上花瓶和装饰画更提升了整个空间的美感。

  Under the stairs is often wasted space, and placing a black and white color cabinet here can both use the space and increase the decoration. Placing vases and decorative paintings enhances the beauty of the whole space.

  工作开放区

  作为生意人，工作办公活动区需要的工作桌、展示柜，即可休闲亦可办公。深色开放格和玻璃展示柜的穿插创造出一种独特的视觉效果，丰富了空间的层次。吊顶弧形的造型为空间增添一点动感和现代感，也可以让空间看起来更加宽敞。黑色木纹书桌营造出一个沉稳、优雅的工作环境，同时也方便办公和学习。

  As a businessman, the work desk and display cabinet needed in the work and office activity area can be leisure or office. Dark open panels and glass display cases create a unique visual effect that enriches the level of the space. The curved shape of the suspended ceiling adds a little dynamic and modern sense to the space, and can also make the space look more spacious. Black wood grain desk creates a calm and elegant work environment, but also convenient office and study.

  二楼主卧+次卧

  主卧室采用浅灰色的硬包和木纹饰面板，配合壁灯和台灯打造柔和的光线氛围。床头柜采用深色，窗帘选择暖灰色，既可起到遮光隔热的作用，也增加了房间的层次感。整个房间营造出温馨、优雅的感觉，令人心旷神怡。

  The master bedroom features a light grey hardcover and wood veneer, along with wall lamps and table lamps to create a soft light atmosphere. The nightstand uses dark curtains to choose warm gray, which can not only play the role of shading and heat insulation, but also increase the sense of layer in the room. The whole room creates a warm and elegant feeling, which is refreshing.

  Third floor master bedroom

  三楼主卧室

  三楼就是为哥哥准备婚房使用的，结构的改造，功能的需求都做了不一样的设计。

  色调清爽柔和，浅灰的硬包墙面和木地板结合提升了房间的质感和舒适感。

  休闲区设置了舒适的沙发椅供休息娱乐使用。卧室内有不完美的结构柱 用包裹穿插透视的手法，与全屋定制柜的结合，完美的解决问题的同时也形成了一道隔断，增加了卧室的私密性。房间的挂画，台灯等饰品起到美化空间和增加艺术气息的作用，搭配上暖灰色的窗帘，让整个卧室的空间感觉变得更加舒适温馨。

  The third floor is used to prepare the wedding house for the elder brother, and the structural transformation and functional needs have been designed differently. Fresh and soft colours, light grey hardclad walls and wooden floors combine to enhance the texture and comfort of the room. The leisure area is equipped with comfortable sofa chairs for rest and entertainment. The imperfect structural columns in the bedroom are interspersed with the package perspective technique, and the combination of the customized cabinet in the whole house perfectly solves the problem and also forms a partition to increase the privacy of the bedroom. The decorations such as hanging pictures and lamps in the room play a role in beautifying the space and increasing the artistic atmosphere. With warm gray curtains, the space of the whole bedroom feels more comfortable and warm.

  三楼主卫生运用了四分离设计， 可以提高空间的私密性和舒适度，深色的花纹砖有种高贵感，搭配上黑色的玻璃台盆柜让整个空间更显高级。白色的台面方便清洁，在整个空间中显得格外醒目和突出，营造出强烈的对比，同时也让整个空间更具时尚感。

  The main hygiene of the third floor uses a four-separate design, which can improve the privacy and comfort of the space. The dark patterned brick has a noble sense, and the black glass table basin cabinet makes the whole space more advanced. The white countertops are easy to clean and stand out throughout the space, creating a strong contrast while also making the whole space more stylish.

  三楼茶室

  一种平淡的满足叫“闲坐喝茶”生活可以匆忙，但心态要清闲。

  人间，难得一时闲凉。
